Working With Buyers

It is a privilege to help our clients find their next home, and we take this responsibility seriously at KW. We are committed to being transparent and professional in all aspects of the home-buying process. Please be aware of the recent changes from the NAR Settlement, and ensure that you have Buyer Representation Agreements or Touring Agreements signed prior to any showings.

  • Since the NAR Settlement it is required that Buyers sign either a Touring Agreement or a Buyer Representation Agreement prior to any showings. Please review our NAR Settlement Resources section through the link below for more detailed information.

  • Each transaction is different. Here is a list of the required documentation for each purchase contract.
